Duality … a state of
here and there at once. You are both of
everything (hot and cold, good and bad, happy and sad), yet you can only focus
on and experience one thing at a time in your present condition, and so you
believe there is a paradox. There is no
paradox. You are all that is all at
once. The paradox is an illusion of
living in a state in which consciousness is not fully expanded. This intense focus causes you to fix yourself
here or there, but not both and everything in between at the same time. It is merely a matter of perspective … of
focus.
Enjoy the here while
you are here. Go “there” when you wish
with your consciousness and leave “here” here.
When you have gone “there” enough times in your consciousness whilst
still here, moving twixt the two, then your consciousness will become so
flexible that you can simply be here, there, and everywhere here and now. Then you will know there is no paradox at all
as duality dissolves.

I actually understood that whole "Paradox"explanation from Sanaya. Ut OH
Woohoo! :-)
Here is a sign that the Duality above is true. Just before Jesus was captured, he was given two swords, and Jesus replied…"It is enough"…Luke 22:38.
Here are those two swords…( )….They become tools of the trade, of the mind to unblock words that will, in turn, unblock the mind to reveal signs of truth….Here is the blocked word…there…the word unblocked is (t)here. This is a true sign that one may be both here and there at the same time.
Here is probably the most common blocked word in the English Language…the….
Unblock the word (t)he….and the mind will find a true sign that he was as one the with cross (t)
"Seek and ye shall find"….Matthew 7:7
