You would find it quite amusing how your roles and the “shoulds” associated with them take you farther and farther from your center. But to find it amusing, you must detach from the role(s), else you are incapable of laughing at yourself. Be aware of defensiveness. What role are you trying to protect? Take a step back and smile as you gaze upon your actions. If you smile long enough, then the laughter will follow, but it is not derisive. It is laughter filled with awareness and understanding of how humans can get off track at times. Now slide back down into peace, why don’t you?
I had to check out Sanaya’s message for today because it was a long and stressful day. My father is in the hospital and he’s suffering and I’m suffering watching him. I knew this was coming sooner or later. In fact when I had my private reading my father’s brother came through and thanked me for taking care of his younger brother and that it was going to get increasingly difficult. My father was going to suffer from dementia. This is true and he is. “will take you farther and farther from your center.” yes I’m so off and so drained. “you must detach from the role.” I’m trying “now slide back down into peace. why don’t you?” I know I need to let go and not try to control what we’re going through. Thank you Sanaya <3
Being in peace, I think, is the most powerful and influential place to be in these days of both
public and personal issues that cause so much unrest and which seem to be more difficult to
deal with than we can see. Peace like Love is an unlimited and universal force that is ONE with
Divine Wholeness and they both often work silently deep within reaching out far beyond our
personal perspective accomplishing much more than we can imagine both for ourselves and
the world at large. God is in control and working through hearts and souls that are peaceful,
loving. and One.
I listened to Sanaya tonight (20 December 2016) and find Their Messages enlightening and confirming that I must do the next right thing to continue living in Love, Forgiveness, and Helping Others. Thank You for Your Light, Sanaya.
