You are given exactly what you need in every moment; you simply may not recognize it. “But this is not to my liking,” you complain. “I hate this!” and that is precisely why you need it. Why the discomfort? Examine that. Go deeper to the thoughts and behaviors that support those emotions, and the moment you cast blame for your discomfort upon another, stop. In blaming, you are going off track. That other or that situation is a gift for your soul’s growth. When you can see them as such, you are the winner. May your lessons be as painless as possible.
Anxiety and depression. Two words we hate to talk about. Then comes the negative thinking. Then you try to hang on to anything positive.
This post is a positive. I’ll take this as a lesson for the soul. Anyone out there in this situation knows how hard it is. Just take heart and find the positive. I’m trying. Thank you Suzanne. Thank you Sanaya I needed this.
