Awakening comes and goes for the human. Just as you drift off to sleep each night or at various times throughout the day, for many people who have touched the hem of full awakening, many slip back into sleepiness and can waver back and forth. You “get it.” You understand this concept of oneness, and yet … and as long as you say, “And yet …” then you are not at this moment fully awake. And that is fine. Awakening can happen fully in which you remain always aware of the oneness of all that is and the fact that you cannot be a separate being from pure being, or you get to the “getting of it” bit by bit, slipping and sliding along the way. There is no judgment, for there is no one or no thing to judge you. You have just fallen back asleep. Take baby steps or one giant leap for mankind. It matters not. Once you have tasted the sweet nectar of oneness, you will spend your life getting back to that which you have never lost and realize that because there is no time in oneness, “lifetime” as a concept is not very long at all.
