If you were to dissolve all ideas of self before making any decisions, you would make far wiser choices. What is the self but a finite idea that has arisen from an infinite mind. Dissolve into infinity. Get out of the limited box you have placed around you in the form of patterns of belief and yes, even the body, and simply be. Most do not know how to do this, for you are all so used to thinking, thinking, thinking and believing what the senses tell you. Your senses tell you the sun revolves around the earth, do they not? Need we say more? Thinking has its place and serves a great purpose when fully immersed in your human role, but those who are fully immersed in the human roles are the ones who so oft go astray. Seek balance, dear friend. Find that integrated state between human being and being the light, and see how your life flows. This is transformation. You are so very loved.
Thank you Suzanne for sharing such a poetry from Sanaya.
I love the dissolving part, as if the boundaries of the body losing their hard line by melting into soft edges and joining the infinite. The story of the self is also melting away effortlessly into noself and next thing you know, what’s left of you is nothing and everything.
The entire story of self and the rest of the world vanished in one instant incl. desires to be loved, liked and appreciated.
The most dramatic part is to realize it has never existed in the first place. Shocking nihilistic void and apathy hits one hard with clear hint to escape it all and avoid it as a bad void.
Then suddenly you realize that the empty aware nothingness felt in the body liberates you to be everything there’s is outside of it. It’s a flip that happens spontaneously : energy that’s within with ones own ID is allowed to leave and fill all corners of 3D physical and multitudeD of every atom space no physical. And that’s it. Quiet. Finished. The end of all worlds. That’s a pure love and bliss.
Done. seeking no more.
Thank you Sanaya for helping me realize this. Thank you !!!
Loving kindness, Yuriy .
