Whirr, whirr, whirr … you know the sound of an engine revving up. It may cough and sputter at first. This is you at times when you are tired or cranky. This is you at times when you are feeling disconnected. You need to rev things up a bit. How to do this? Breathe deeply and powerfully. Tap on energy centers in the body to stimulate them. Focus on the heart and bring to mind things for which you are grateful. You will notice that none of these suggestions involve chemicals. You have within you everything you need to stimulate your awareness of your connection with the greatest power source there is. Crank your engine and get going. Life is meant to be lived! You are so very loved. Never forget This.
I am loving all your posts. I really don’t remember what led me to put your book on my Audible list. I connect with you on so many levels. The quarantine has me thriving and deep diving into your course, the poetry, the meditations. I have had some good results so far. I am trying not to be impatient with my progress.
