The body is a vessel for the soul’s experiences in this laboratory you call “life.” You have heard that the body is a temple, and it is true. Your thoughts become conditioned by your life experiences. New thoughts bubble up from higher sources, but if you aren’t paying attention to the thoughts, you will act only on the stale, familiar ones.
Have you ever been in a room with noxious fumes? These are like stale thoughts. What do you do in this case? You open the window and let in fresh air. These are the original, creative, guiding thoughts of Source. Has your life become a bit stale? Are you tired of the same old thoughts and behaviors? Open the window of your awareness and allow in fresh, creative thoughts that are aligned with Truth and Beauty. How to do this? Intention and attention. These will clear the room in an instant, but not until you truly realize that the room is the body, and the air/the thoughts within and outside the room have only one Source. It is the conditioning within the room and whether you open the window of your awareness or not that shapes the thoughts. How will you shape yours?
You are so very loved.
Dear Suzanne,
I saw you years ago at Unity Church in St. Petersburg, FL, and bought your book. I appreciate your “fresh air” words very much. I find I’m more distracted as the years go by, and it is good to read about intention and attention!!!
Thank you for all you are doing to raise our consciousness!!!
Love,
Barbara
Thank you Suzanne and Sanaya so much for the daily news and opportunity to leave a comment.
I noticed once that I didnt feel the ” happiness” in my heart I was so used to until I self doubted myself. But then saying a simple thank you to our creator was all I needed to do. I have forgotten it for a couple of days. It needs sometimes work and realization and new thoughts.
excellent way of looking at this …. I am going to go outside & get some fresh air!!
Your work has been part of my daily meditation for the last five years. ” In The Silence” is a daily must for me. Have you ever considered a book similar to a daily read of Daily Way? It would be a mainstay for so many.
Thank you Suzanne.
Hi Dawn. I also have another full year of Sanaya’s messages in “Love Beyond Words” which may be on back-order on Amazon right now. How would what you propose be different from those two books? It’s the same messengers … I’m intrigued! Blessings!
Thank you dear Suzanne, for the daily inspirational words, each day they resonate with what is going on in my life and help me link to the Truth.
I love the new format. It makes you feel good. Thank you.
I love the new format. The open window is making you happy.
I love the new format. The open window is making you feel calm and happy

I have only found you recently Suzanne and want to thank you and Sanaya for my new outlook. . To rise above all the problems of life , look down and consider better responses to others has brought so much love and peace into my life. I”m inspired by you both and look forward to the help you provide every day. I hope I never forget who I really am.
Much love xxxx
That is my hope as well, Beth!
I have been a fan of yours for several years and even called on your first radio show but am just now discovering these daily gems and am so grateful. Especially loved the fresh air with stale thoughts! I have been monitoring my thoughts for many years especially the past decade but something about stale thoughts has struck a most useful chord! So grateful to have discovered this daily treasure. Thank you so very much and Blessings to all?
