Do prayers make a difference? Most definitely. Each thought is a purveyor of information and energy. Imagine the power of thoughts directed toward a person or a group with heart-felt intention! Imagine such thoughts and words imbued with the sincere desire for good. This is prayer. See your prayers as ribbons of light that flow from your heart to the recipient, whether here or in the hereafter, and see them adding light to the light that already exists. Yes, you note that we did not say “adding light to the darkness.” There is always light present, no matter how dark you may perceive a situation. Turn up that light by adding more of your own and thus make a difference. You are the Light—all of you. Send light as prayer and never forget, you are all so very loved.
Thank you for this visual cue for prayer connection. I see/feel its movement on the altar of my heart ❤️
It’s so sad to see people who feel totally disconnected from one another, for that’s when harm can be done without seeing how it affects the whole. Yes, this country needs true, sincere prayers which goes beyond just holding up a bible.
I just love all of you and my new Journey that all started because of you and all of our guides . ???
Thank you so very much .

Yes. I pray and I can pour my heart out or I pray for others and myself.
One time I had no energy when I cared for my husband. As I walked up a small hill I prayed to help me, to give me strength and energy. Then I felt a little gentle push on my back, walking up this hill.
Thank you Suzanne and Sanaya.
My 94-year-old mother has never been the mother I wanted, I was cared for but not nurtured. I wanted hugs and talks and encouragement. I believe that because of her family life she did not know how to provide those essentials and raised her children the same way. Now she is in an assisted living facility and I am responsible for her care. She is angry and frustrated with me and, therefore not nice to me. I have struggled with my emotions regarding her and found today’s message from Sanaya regarding prayer empowering. Rather than feeling helpless to do more/feel more loving toward her than assure her her physical safety, I realize that what I feel isn’t important. Praying for her is what will make the difference in both of our lives. Thank you, Suzanne and Sanaya for the encouragement I so desperately needed.
Oh, Cathy, your reply makes me choke up. Yes, yes, yes. Just see yourself crossing the veil and imagine how the guides will congratulate you for coming to this understanding. It matters not how others treat us. We don’t allow ourselves to be doormats, but the answer is always love. You’ve figured it out just right thanks to the nudging of your soul and Spirit hugging you. That Love is always here and now.
WHAT IS A PRAYER … Yes….sincere apology and asking daily for divine forgiveness and allow myself to say heartfelt „ Thank you“ for all what I got and for all that is me and surrounds me this ALL LOVE – that’s my daily prayer when I feel I slip … or i fall … I need my guardian angel to hold me up from drowning in the world of daily important tasks …, I gasp for a breath … make myself stopping my mind or from the busy actions that I am doing and make a special moment of effort TO PRAY for angelic assistance to overcome this stress of daily meaningless achievements
The divine soul is nurtured by praying with sincere heartfelt faith in the angelic divine support and ITS IN it all
Im struggling with my spouse. He is angry frustrated and confused after the death of a father and job loss and an inheritance thats an awful liability and a mess. Im trying to raise the kids, keep the family going but I have no comfort or companion, and often am the catch all for my spouses discontent. I realize he has his own path and I struggle when I feel devalued. Todays post really helps me personally bc the treatment I get really upsets me, but the way he treats me doesn’t matter. I can just pray instead of responding and that is the path I want to take that will help us all.
