Friends are your gift from Heaven.  You say you have no friends?  There you err.  You have friends in abundance in the higher realms,.  Even if you cannot see them, trust these words.  You are never alone.  The longing you feel in your heart at times for connection … that is a hello from Heaven.  Take that longing and send it outward now to connect with those in physical form around you.  Do not put the onus on others to connect with you.  Make an effort today to greet one you would not normally greet.  Look them in the eyes, however briefly, and know that therein lies a soul, just as within your body.  At the soul level all are connected.  Do not let the physical separation deceive you.  You are never alone, and you are so very loved.
