What goes up must come down. Have you been a bit high lately for any reason? Do not be surprised by the counterbalancing effect. You will find it in equal measure. Balance is the natural state of being. Balance equals wholeness. If you find yourself become a bit manic, you can dial this back a bit through awareness. Of course it feels good to be high, but low is not always appreciated or desired. Yes, heeling is fun on a sailboat, but it is good to maintain an even keel.
You are so very loved.
Nice nautical reference!
Hello Suzanne, One of my adorable little Shih Tzu passed away last week and I am sad. He had liver and kidney failure so the only humane choice was to have him euthanized to end his pain and suffering. I would absolutely love for his spirit to contact me and let me know how he is doing at the “Rainbow Bridge”. Blessings, Jerry
Hi Jerry, I highly recommend you read Pets in the Afterlife by Karen A. Anderson and listen to the two episodes I recorded with her on my radio show. These will bring you much comfort.
As a sailor, I can relate so much with the metaphor. The Joy of being on the open sea! I did ask my husband, “I wonder why I‘m so giddy today.”
“Maybe you’re just happy”, he said.
It is the physical whoosh, the healing heeling.
