“I can’t take it anymore!” You cry. There is so much stress that seems to go on and on. You are like a pot that is boiling. You simply need to take the lid off and vent in a healthy way. Do you know there is something to your giggle yoga–connecting to Source through the high vibrations of laughter. Find a quiet place and act a bit crazy in a good way. Counterbalance the focus you have maintained on the negative. If you cannot laugh, then put on some music and sing at the top of your voice a raucous song. Smile while you’re at it. Balance is needed, and you can control the knob. Once you have let off a bit of steam, do pay attention to the beauty around you. It has never gone anywhere, but it may have gotten lost in ego’s focus on the opposite.
You are so very loved. We will sing with you. Just ask.
Haha. Yes I needed some venting due to technical issues and can’t talk to a real person, only to a robotic voice.? it drives me crazy. But I will try to sing out loud. Thank you for that advice. ??
Hello Suzanne
It is December 15 2020. I recently came upon you like last week lol. I do feel I was lead to you. I watched a video of yours last week and you were speaking of your guides and mentioned Emmanuel Swedenborg? Lol about a month before I found you I somehow was lead to his work out of the blue? So while watching one of your videos last week you mentioned him also I was like lol Wow ok lol.
I started checking you out and your Dailey meditations. I scrolled back to July 21 2020.
Our beautiful daughter Tatum who was 23 took her own life that day and your meditation for that day was very appropriate.
Thank you for your gifts and I continue to look forward . God Bless
Melissa
Oh, Melissa, I’m so sorry to hear about Tatum. If my work is helping you in any way, I’m most grateful. I hope you have found the many videos and live online events hosted by http://www.HelpingParentsHeal.org
