Can you know what another is facing? Do you know their motives? Do you know what challenges they have met? How often do you show one face to the world whilst hiding another? This is the human way. See beyond the human ruse and know that people will say and do things for self-protection, unaware that all they need is within. In this awareness, may you find compassion and understanding for those whose eyes are veiled to the one true Soul.

If only we felt that we didn’t have to hide when we feel vulnerable. If only we could show the whole of ourselves openly and honestly to the world and know that we are accepted. If only we could always be perceptive and receptive to the suffering of others when we know it is there, when we know they are masking it.
