Why do you look outside of yourself for help? Even from your guides. They are not “out there” or in any far-off place. At your deepest level, there is only here. Your loved ones who have passed now exist beyond your earthly realm of time and space. This is good news, for they can be with you in the blink of an eye, here, in the heart, the heart of Awareness, which is the well-spring from which all in the All arises. Go HERE. Go to the heart, not out there. Out there is too far to look for what has always and already been right here.

Although I can go within and hope that what I believe is true, that loving beings are present and listening to me. how am I to know that this is nothing more than affirmation? I’ve been thinking that Jesus and every one of his disciples was murdered, that 6 million Jewish people were murdered, and they all believed that there was a God who is good and who loved them. Currently in the world, selfishness and greed and division seem to prevail and the earth itself is damaged by humans and the government of the United States is being hijacked by criminals and gangsters. To believe that I am loved and cared for doesn’t seem to be enough; what about the hundreds of children of immigrants who are torn from their parents and kept in cagesl what about the starving people in so many impoverished countries; what about the horrible injustices experienced by people of color; what about the dominance and success of the criminals in political office who are exempt from justice? What about the souls or spirits of the people who are so hateful and divisive and greedy? How does my love and caring make any difference? How did the love of Jesus make any difference? I realize I should be asking God these questions, and I do, but I don’t get a satisfactory answer. Is it enough for me to be at peace when so many others are suffering?
Your questions are exactly the ones to be asking within, Michael, for the answers don’t come from this level where we are all expressions of Awareness in limited form exercising free will to see how that changes things, awakens us or not, and leads to growth. Progress is slow, but as you look back to the dark ages, we see it. As one discovers the light within … Awareness … and realizes that all that exists is experiences in Awareness, one can step outside the experiences, witness, and make choices from a place of Love that are aligned with this true nature. We then project this Awareness to others and however slowly, our shared Awareness upgrades. There is no loving God that is separate from us, withholding favors or help. Please peruse the special sessions with Sanaya on my site, read the thousands of daily messages, but most importantly, find that place within you that never changes … Awareness … realize You are this, not a collection of experiences You have agreed to call Michael, and then practice shifting back and forth from the Michael Story, which gets caught up in the role and knocked out of alignment and the Awareness that simply is. In the BEING is the peace that passes all understanding.
I’ve been attracted by Michael’s comment because Michael is the name of a guide of mine, and because 20 years ago I asked myself similar questions. When we are here in this space-time, it is as if we are looking at a picture very closely and it’s difficult to see what it is about. The more we distance ourselves from the picture, the more we can see its meaning. What we call evil seems to prevail, at least in this dimension, but this is just one way to perceive things. Yes, a lot of bad things happen on earth every day and this is still a very tough place to chose to live in, but the power of our higher selves to change this reality is much greater than we think. The long shift we are living is a transition for us all to realize that, too. If each one of us evolves in awareness and love, the consequences are far greater than we can imagine. You write ”Is it enough for me to be at peace when so many others are suffering?” and this is the question of a wonderful soul. The answer is yes and no, at the same time. Find your way to help others and yourself. Know yourself and learn never to be dismayed. One day everything will be crystal clear, I promise you will ‘feel’ the meaning. Lots of love!
