You clean and clean and clean, and do you realize that in order to clean a thing, something else must get dirty? It is the law of balance. What goes up, does come down. There will be moments of pleasure and moments of pain. What if you simply accept this instead of demanding such one-sidedness. Stop labeling pleasure good and pain bad and you will find immense freedom. Yes, do what you can to ease pain. Acceptance and appropriate action in the moment are wise steps, but avoidance of pain at all costs leads to a life of fear, jumpiness, and imbalance, when it is part and parcel of life. Attitude is everything.
You are so very loved.

oh yes. I know, I know. But I get so frustrated not only bc of cleaning but if something breaks or I spill
water on the floor, ( water bowl of my dog) , coffee on the countertop. and other miss-happenings.
I get so frustrated I sometimes scream. Nobody in the house only me – but poor doggies. They made
me aware of my “outburst” , so I promised myself next time just take a deep breath.
It really depends how deep your pain is .. it is very difficult to just accept pain that has been with you a long time?
Or to accept pain that has inflicted serious damage for many years?
It really depends on your level of pain.
