Never stop learning. Never stop growing. Just try to remain the same and see what happens. Now embrace change, embrace growth, and feel the difference. Joy! Joy! It bubbles up as you stretch and grow, for that is why you exist. What happens when you do not move for a while? When you finally do stand up, you creak and groan. So move, dear one. Stretch, change, flow and grow, and instead of moan and groan, it’s welcome Home!
You are so very loved.

I love this one too Suzanne! Made me laugh as I was thinking I need to do 5 minutes every hour or so of jumping jacks in our High Garden behind my studio!!! ❤️
Suzanne, Ok, this one was for me and my family. Thank you! My sister moved my mom from assisted living into a nursing home today (we live in different states). With moms fear of falling and chronic depression she lays in bed all day and doesn’t move.
I see my parents as my greatest teachers, although often painful it has motivated me to exercise daily. I am a trained yoga instructor and my husband and I met dancing. So although I too struggle with depression, I make sure to stretch and move daily. Plus, “Joy” was mentioned twice and that’s my sister’s (she’s the one who moved her in) middle name.
Thank you for reminding me to stretch and grow and find joy in movement.
