How often are you thinking about getting somewhere? You have a destination in mind, and you go, and go, and go. Or you have a to-do list, and you work, and work, and work to get to the bottom of it. And when you get there, perhaps you immediately acquire a new goal or a new destination. And what of this moment now? Does it disappear somewhere in the headlights as you focus solely on what’s ahead. Look down. Look up. Look all around you. Look and truly see what you are missing in gazing solely ahead. Perhaps you do not want to see what is here and now, and that is why you are going and doing. And perhaps that is something to look at as well, for the future is built on this moment now. See each moment as the gift it is, keeping in mind what a gift you are to the world.
You are so very loved.

A very good point.
One that can be used to discover our loved ones nonphysical form when in its physical form
so that one day if/when they transition, there will be no doubt about their being still right here as we used our attention to be here and now with them to directly experience who and what they really are beyond the shell.
Very nice words Sanaya and Suzanne. Verg thought provoking.. Thank you.
I am for sure, doing and doing because the here and now is painful. But the doing is stressful. But it gives me purpose as I have taken on helping others. Always trying to help others to flee the loniness. When he was here and I needed the daily respite from the pain and grief of impending death, I took time in my day to meditate, outside, in nature, fleeing behaviours that I had no control over that drove me to the brink of insanity. I have to get back to that meditation time, but it reminds me so much that he is gone, but he isn’t gone, he is right here, and I am not sensing him nor am I seeing signs. And I am impatient. I’m going to go be busy. I have my task list to accomplish before the funeral only 9 days away and I leave for his home town in 6 days. Thank you all for being on this journey. I feel a bit less alone.

Please do not be impatient. There are times when the departed spirit has other obligations. They WILL give you signs they are nearby. Look for anything out of the ordinary. I have a Spirit that visits frequently that started as a tickling sensation on my neck . This has continued for 5 years and still happens today.. There were many different signs that I did not recognize at the tome , but came to realize the origin.
When you are feeling down, think of the following statement… I love you … I am sorry…Please forgive me…thank you.to release the negative energy inside.
