You cannot control your life. You can barely control your thoughts. The idea that you can control what happens holds you as a prisoner. When things happen that are beyond your control it is like a slap in the face. You now face a choice. You can resist, or you can say, “Isn’t that interesting!” Which feels better? In a state of resistance, most likely limited choices present themselves. Fresh ideas try vainly to bubble to surface awareness through so much constriction and stale thoughts. In a state of neutral observance brought about by phrases such as “Isn’t that interesting,” you are free to simply be. And in that state of just be-ing, who knows what will arise in awareness? Anything, including new insights. That, dear one, is freedom. Relax. Breathe. Be. Free.
You are so very loved.

Much love from my heart to you and your staff’s hearts.
Just what I needed to hear today! So many things not going our way with building a house. Falling into the “control” trap. It’s time to start saying “Isn’t that interesting!” Thank you so very much!
Love, light and peace,
Patty
