It’s all relative. What you think is too much is not enough for another. What you think is truly awful is not so bad for another. Why is this? For you all have had your unique experiences throughout your time in a body. Experiences from within the limited viewpoint of the body are weighed against past experiences and what is known to determine meaning. To the human in a body, it is all relative. To the soul, which knows intimately the state of just being, experience simply is. This is it. Why compare? Learn from it. Grow from it. How does it feel? Aligned with love or not? You see? That is soul-being. And the beauty of this soul-human experience? You are both soul and human, and you get to choose. Do you choose “Oh my God, it’s truly awful, or “Isn’t that interesting” and act accordingly with peace?

Well I hate to say this sanaya, but “it’s truly awful” , I just wish I had some kind of proof of the greater reality, how can you believe something if you can’t see it with your own eyes? I guess that’s where the saying comes from “seeing is believing” all I see is my life an actual mess!! Xx
Oh my, Jo. Perhaps that’s why today’s message is about where you place your focus. There is nothing in this reality that is all bad or all good. Why not try an experiment today and set the goal of seeing something good and feeling gratitude for it everywhere you look. May this be an eye-opening experience for you. Habits of focus. They can be changed. And as you see the good that is right here around you, you will radiate more positivity and attract that ever so steadily into your life. If you are only seeing a mess, how can you experience anything but a mess? There is hope.
