When has violence ever solved a problem? When has shouting, calling names, and pointing fingers done the same? Oh, you may think it does, but what you are seeing is a temporary solution. What is the root of any challenge? Separation. The outcomes that result from violence and disharmony only create more of the same. What brings about the opposite? Any solution that leads to coming together. What you seek is a lessening of pain. If the way you are going about this only engenders more pain for you or apparent others, your efforts are futile, your solutions non-lasting. There are many ways to approach an issue. We will help you if you will only pause long enough to go within and ask, “What is a better way?”
You are so very loved.

Awesome reminder❤️ Thank you!
Yes Joan I agree. I wish I had had this reminder last week. I went to calmly apologize to a family member & it turned into a name calling yelling match. I love Suzanne’s awaken ways!!
LOVE this!!!! I’m so over all the fighting/name-calling~~. Let us keep asking “What is the better way?”
“What is a better way?” – Truth indeed. Simple to say.
It seems to me, that the asking begs openness to receive… and perhaps relinquishing the ego’s opinion.
My intention now and always.
