Are you willing to flow with what life present to you? The way to know the answer to this question is to examine how you react to the many changes life offers you moment to moment: changes in the body, changes in those around you, changes in the weather, changes of all sorts. If you allow these to knock you around like waves in the ocean, you are not flowing. If you watch a ball in the waves, it simply bobs up and down. In these moments of simply floating, you can decide how to react. “Can I change this?” If not, you can change your thoughts about it. Choosing peace is the way to end suffering.

Yet again, this message and corresponding picture couldn’t be more timely. Just got back from the beach on Sunday and have been thrown into the chaos of grieving during the holidays (my son Grant, forever 12, moved to heaven 11/21/2020). Thank you Suzanne and Sanaya for helping me bob along on top of the waves while I continue on my path.
