Gratitude is the great equalizer. All that you have and all that you appear to own are possible thanks to the one Web of connections. Yes, there are disparities. Through the contrast you are given opportunities. One disparity may cause envy. Another may cause pride. These may cause you to fail to see the underlying connections, and thus both the envious and the prideful may suffer in their own ways. If all feel gratitude for the other, then there is an awareness of the connection. This is Love, the greatest equalizer of all.
You are so very loved.
I think that means, if the red team is aware of the blue team, and blue team is aware of the red team, then there is a connection, viz. game on.
I’m not sure where to write this, so I’m doing it here. I hope it is received. I honor the work Suzanne is doing. It’s important and valuable and I appreciate that she does it with an open mind.
After listening to the June 24th “Fresh Questions and Big Answers” show I felt compelled to write. An answer from Sanaya re: autoimmune diseases really hit me as limited and concerning.
When I suffered from an autoimmune disease, I prayed for the answer to heal. I was led to the Medical Medium where I learned that the body NEVER attacks itself. This is misinformation perpetuated by Western medicine. The body is attacking pathogens and viruses trying to expel them – and in the process – nerve endings get damaged. When I followed the protocol on how to address the underlying pathogens, I healed. What a gift I was given! So grateful!
Perhaps what Sanaya said about those with autoimmune being connected to the collective anger holds some truth (I don’t know), but, it is not the whole truth, nor does it give someone suffering from autoimmune any hope or practical direction.
My Guides taught me to always be my own authority and to listen to my inner guidance. My guidance told me to reach out with my experience.

Thank you.
In fairness to yourself and Sanaya, i think it is safe to say that when pathogens and/virus have “invaded” the body, they are in fact now part of the body… an invasive entity yes, but in the body feeding itself of the body as part of the whole body. There are many entities in the body feeding from other parts in various ways …most in a symbiotic relationship toward the good health of our bodies. So now, with pathogens and/virus being alien, but having invaded, – it is the “invaded” portion that determines them as having become or “being part of” the body – however alien they were/are. You are right to acknowledge the pathogens/virus as alien up to the point before they enter the body, but here, once inside, even as alien, they are “part of the body” which the other “parts of the body” try to fight off and out.
Your concern over the wording of the semantics is valid in that you found it made the situation sound hopeless. And yea!… …. i get that concern if i didn’t consider the entry into the body as legitimately being “part of” the body.
But, try looking at it the way you look at food. Once down the hatch it is part of the body and though alien, it is attacked by our body, broken down, …functions to do all kinds of jobs. Now add to that food, the pesticides, carcinogens etc… our bodies must fight. (That’s where you got stuck as they became part of the body). Denying such dis-ease as part of the body is a vain effort.
Still, i am glad you entered your concern. It was valid as a concern, though not entirely as a completed fact.
Add to that – it is not that my expression here is a complete fact either, but i think Sanaya was stating it as “a part of the whole body” being attacked inside itself.
I want to affirm you for listening to your guides and your heart. Suzanne always says to line up anything you hear from her against what your heart says. And she acknowledges that what she says is coming from Sanaya through her filters..
Mare makes a valid point, too. But each of us must first trust our hearts’ guidance. Be well. 💜
For what it’s worth, I’ve also noticed that Sanaya’s claims tend to be more inspirational and emotionally uplifting than factually correct. I respect that choice, although I personally disagree with it, as I feel it ends up building a very frail bell jar around people’s beliefs, and occasionally it turns out to be outright harmful. It’s easy to notice if you do some digging and verify, from multiple sources, at least some of Sanaya’s claims and explanations.
Sometimes I almost get the feeling that Sanaya is… afraid of making people afraid. Victim to the obsession of never saying anything that might stir up negative feelings, even if that means lying or sugar-coating the facts, while I feel that a way better course of action would be to inform correctly while showing us that we have the tools to face whatever we end up facing. So maybe some of that collective have some growing-up to do, too.
