What is a riff? A short piece of music that you play over and over and recognize. Also, a few notes strung together in a clever way that allows you to improvise. What if you were to take an idea and riff with spirit? What would you come up with? Why, the sweetest music you could imagine. Or not. Perhaps you might riff with a bit of dissonance on purpose, simply to see how that comes out. Life is one long riff, dear one. Play on and experiment and experience the music for the Joy of it.

I am of a certain age and now RIF is now a retirement income fund which I relay on I was listening to your holiday pod cast and you talk about people well family gatherings. The people who know how to push my buttons. yet I have to remember I did the wiring for those buttons I can choice to see love instead. This may be the answer to the isolation of children and parents during this time. What is in me that needs it to be this way? Bad dad joke what did the snowman say to his girlfriend? My wife died two years ago and Suzanne helped me tremendously to connect with her on another level. My son died on this day in 2023 at work. Thank you gals for helping me understand how to connect with those that have transitioned.
