A death comes suddenly, quite unexpectedly, and you are left in shock. There is a period of numbness, and then the new reality sets in. Someone you took for granted would always be here, even though you know that death comes calling to all, is suddenly not available to call. And there you err. Death is a transition to another state of being. Perhaps you know this already, but please know that the body leaves an energetic signature, as do patterns of interacting. It requires an adjustment to the sudden lack of what you call a lifetime of interacting with what are energetic patterns. If this terminology sounds impersonal, may this remind you to now seek that which is not impersonal: the soul. It is still here. Where else could it go when it is always and already here, there, and everywhere, as are you. And in this awareness, come calling soul to soul and know that you are heard.

It has helped me understand why I am so triggered by people and things in my life and I know this teaching will help me handle my emotions better. Thank you some much. In that identifying of the humaness, the ego portion, the story… it is for some, easy enough to grasp that we are a portion of the whole… a cell in a body, a leaf of a tree. What is more accurate however, is to include the more difficult thing to grasp which is the fact that we naturally ARE here, there, and everywhere. It is the limited brain and the ego that want you to ONLY BE HERE even though that is not the case. However, that said, we can at least be somewhat thankful for that limited brain, and ego self, because to a degree, that is what has helped keep us grounded long enough for us to come to better terms as to how much more we truly are. That grounded period was a type of balance, appropriate to the understanding we had. Then it became necessary to move on to the “other here, there, and everywhere. It is like the button used to say: “born again and again, and again, and again,… ….
You are, were, and will be born before and after you are, were, and will be born, and born, and ….
Your natural balance is required in order expand into one birth from another and welcome those into your world who were always in your world, holding you steady in the before, the present, and the hereafter.
