Love is an energy.  Everything is energy.  Do not move awareness to the head and try to figure out what energy is. Simple definitions would leave you cold.  Love warms the heart.  Love motivates you to serve, to care for others.  Such actions do not come from thinking.  They are intrinsic.  Energy is a word used to describe this force, but rather than figuring out what it is, you are best served when you realize it is always and already here and use it.  How?  Connect with another, be they person, pet, or part of nature and see if you don’t already know what love-energy is.  You are so very loved.  Feel it.  Know it.  Use it.
