Your breath has been recycled. So has your body. It is all energy-information, even your thoughts. And oh, how your thoughts are recycled. Round and round they go in the eddies of the mind. Your mind is quite different from the One Mind from which all thoughts arise. Those you call “mine” that go round and round keep you from accessing the fresher ones that might help you move forward beyond the pain, the shame, the boredom, the discontent. How to do this? Set the intention of finding this larger Self of which you all are a part. Ask it to show you miracles. With a sense of wonder look and listen and give credit where it’s due. There is not only you putting thoughts in your head. Root out those which no longer serve you and allow them to be reFreshed moment by moment from outside the eddies.
You are so very loved.

I had a long-time friend who recently gave up her body but on her way out, I asked her to share her experience with me, which she did and since then, I’ve been seriously meditating and practicing what I’m learning from my guides, who i”m sure, helped me find you and a few others to offer me suggestions. It is so exciting to start surrendering the old limitations, etc. these posts you send out are so helpful to remind me daily of where I am and what I truly am. Thank you and all the Guides all over.
Unfortunately I am a sufferer of obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD) so not easy to stop repetitive thoughts x
Jo, what we believe becomes our reality. Why not try believeing that:
1. You don’t have to “suffer” from OCD. Try Suzanne’s Making the Connection guided meditation and ask what the lessons are to be learned.
2. Medical doctors are often good at labeling a diagnosis but have limited ability to achieve any real help. Sometimes something as simple as a cup of green tea can make a change in how your bain operates. Dr. Daniel Amens has studied the brain for over 30 years. His ‘presecriptions” contain things like “diaphragmatic breathing”; supplements like Vitamin B6, Magnesium, Same-E, EPA/DHA, 5-HTP; Self-hypnosis and Meditation. So, do a little searching through the internet to see what dietary changes can be made to heal.
3. We all have the potential to be able to heal ourselves. You can find how-to YouTube videos for that as well. Call in your spiritual team and whatever other angels you feel can help and your higher self.
4. We can change by telling and believing our new story.
5. Use that OCD mind to tell this new story over and over until Obsessive Compulsive is no longer a Disorder.
Way to go, Claudia! What a gift! Blessings.
Astounding, asking for new thoughts, something I’ve never thought of. Thank you!
Agree. I wish our Olympians could hear this and read this. Don’t give up regardless if you loose push thru . Those thoughts do not serve you. We love watching what you have accomplished . Win or loose xxxx. You are all amazing xxxx
Wow, thank you Suzanne and Sanaya! I love the idea of asking to be shown miracles to refresh my mind-thoughts. It is very true that the (ego) thoughts in my head have been rotating in there far too long and I could use some ongoing fresh, higher, energy. I wish I had a poster of this. Much love to you.
