You know your body. You know when it is out of balance. Be your own advocate. Be an advocate for the Voice within that is telling you what your body needs and does not need. As you reach for something that is not advantageous to this beautiful vessel that allows the soul to express love in this world, pause and appreciate its efforts to find relief. And then, during that pause, find the relief you seek from within in the form of loving kindness and patience.
You are so very loved.
“Something” in me has been screaming at me about certain medicines that i have been prescribed by my doctor. I am told that he “thinks they are necessary and want you (me) to take them as a precautionary measure because of how affective they are.”
But my perception of their affectivity is not an limited to what the doc has stated. There are other side-effects that are disturbing me to the point of non-acceptance and those points are telling me to STOP taking them.
There are many warnings about making such decisions. But my gut tells me it is I who does need to decide for the good of my vessel.
Does this feel like a risk to me? No! The risk feels is the continuation of those particular meds.
Sanaya would not be responsible should my decision be a mistake. The side affects are making my decision. That said, i do agree with Sanaya… the body does talk to us.
