You put injured people on a backboard to keep the spine straight and the head aligned. Do you know how important this is energetically throughout the day? Mind your posture. It mirrors the energetic conduit for the Life Force which animates the body. Stand tall if you can. If your physiology prohibits this, stand tall in your mind. This energetic lifeline connects you with all that is. Focus here and breathe in inspiration, guidance, and empowerment. It is so simple to neglect the body, but it supports you in all you do.
You are so very loved.
Moment by moment – Create only intentions that are celebratory.
They become the fizzing energy in your spirit within and the party to all spirits you encounter daily. Isn’t that the freshness we hope for?
Loved the analogy. We need all the support we can get and especially, the support we give ourselves.
Thank you, Suzanne, for this message.
I was hit by a car at the age of about 4 years and 9 months. I suffered a concussion and waas in the hospital for 2 nights, and was felt to be fully recovered. However, at the age of 9 years, I began experiencing daily,
headaches and have had them ever since then. I was discovered to have a slight scoliosis when I was a freshman in college, when I began having backaches. I became a physician and specialized in Obstetrics and Gynecology. I loved the work and my patients, but the positions I had to assume for various procedures were hard on my body were hard on my back and neck. I also encountered a lot of professional stress as I never gave up on my patients, which required me to do extra studying and learn new methods of treating the various issues that plagued them. I now have a moderate scoliosis which involves my whole spine. I also have very little energy and accomplish very little from day to day. Perhaps if I try to stand as tall as I can and see my spine as straight, I can prevent further procedures on my spine and regain some energy and relieve my chronic pain?

Dear Sanaya & Suzanne, this posting brought a big smile to my face. I remember my Mom saying to me: “stand up straight, don’t slump”. And if my memory is not playing tricks, as a child I would practice walking around balancing a book on the top of my head.?
In later years (well into my forties) I was once asked if I had a problem with my back, as I sat up so straight!
A double incentive for spiritual height and health; watch our posture. When I get tired I guess I could imagine my Angels gently touching my back, to help me remember. ☺️
May we all keep shinning.

A friend of mine offered to share your daily briefings with me and am am glad that i finally took the time to visit these. This one in particular stood out today as I have been going through a long healing process that involves my body’s alignment. After a few years of struggling with a off kilter knee I finally had the surgery to correct this–total knee replacement. Being able to stand on two good legs and straighten out has been the best of outcomes. I have struggled actually to “stand up straight” all of my life it seems. Finally at the age of 73 I feel it is possible. The healing is much deeper than my knee and I will remember this reflection of the divine as I continue to move forward in my process.
Welcome! How wonderful! And congratulations!
