Thoughts go round and round in the mind, flitting like moths, until you catch them and examine them. They are only doing what they do. They are not here to harm you. Examine them with curiosity. Ask them why they keep coming up. Most of all, love them no matter what. All fear, all pain, all discomfort dissolves in the face of love. Understanding is revealed when you no longer run from patterned thoughts but meet them with love.
You are so very loved.
I have repetitive dreams. I only just realized I think they repeat bc they are waiting for me to confront them like levels of a video game repeating until I conquer the challenge…Mario over and over until I get it! One in which I lose the breaks on my car and panic. Here I think, I am supposed to release control and stop panicking. Finally stop panicking girl.
I absolutely love the Daily messages I don’t receive them, but my wife does. I’m going to sign up as well.
Doesn’t it make you smile when you realize you’re not the only one at the helm? …or doesn’t it and instead gives you some fear? No need to worry though when you realize that has always been the way it is and even as such, you have retained your free will. The only time you even recognized your free will was when you imposed it stubbornly, even though you always had free will. Well, your guides are just like that. They have always been there and are still always there.
Was it you holding on to a stubbornness or… Was that your guides guiding you? Youwill easily know the answer. You can just as easily deny that you know but – you do definitely know. So why do we run from that?
Funny thing about that…
That “Thoughts are not here to harm you.” is such a powerfully stated pivot point to keep one balanced. Imagine if/when in someonés anger they dtstex a thought with which it most certsinly seems they intended to hurt you, just remember “Thoughts are not here to harm you”… and see how that will change your response.
I sm not being facetious when i say that although yup – i could sound like that. Don’t worry and do not be afraid about what thoughts sounds like. Just remember “Thoughts are not here to harm you”. See what you can glean from all thoughts. If nothing is gleaned, let those thoughts pass – without further attendance for now.
Meeting with Love, that which you fear will harm, is really the most natural way to overcome that fear, yet it might leave us to wonder why we fear at all. But that is the nature of “the beast” that believes we need know answers to everything, and control everything, when clearly, we do not, so we fear. We fear AND yet, we get the answers anyway, ( immediately or somewhere “down the line”) we forget to remember that we, on the earthly plain, are all still here, …here with fears, as if we cannot wait for answers to arrive, that will arrive all in due time for each of us. This, we think, happens to us as individuals. But separation of happenings to just “individuals” is NEVER a fact. The reasons for happenings extends far further, than the individual. Happenings, “fearsome” or otherwise, have contant ripple effects. You will never know all the affects and effects happenings have… … certainly not in this incarnated lifetime. So fear not the controls you have not. Be thankful for the things not yours to control, and answers not yours to presently know.
