Balance. You find it in nature, and you find it in yourself. You may know this as the golden ratio or the golden spiral. Look it up, why don’t you, and you will come to see there are no accidents in the design of natural objects and beings. The point being … you are a divine creation, naturally balanced, naturally proportioned. Seek balance without and within and peace and tranquility will result.

I did look up the golden spiral. I am not educated enough to understand the math, it didn’t really matter in some ways… …but I did allow the “look up” to take me to very interesting articles that i may otherwise never have thought to research.
