Love with all your heart and soul. It is so easy to close off these aspects of yourself when surrounded by negativity and frightful stories, but this is exactly when you are needed most. Use your free will to choose only the highest responses. Too few do so, and this becomes a habit. Make it a habit to pause and seek the response or action that is in alignment with the heart, and you will come into alignment with Soul … the one Light, the one Heart, the One. Be the Love you wish to see in the world.

Be the love is good advice. It is a big challenge for me as I watch our free nation disintegrating before my eyes. I send loving energy out but feel dissension from many who are just allowing this tyranny to take place.
