Why is it you cannot sleep? Is your mind racing? Thoughts churn and churn, allowing fear to fester, worries to grow. What if you enlist the help of angels at this time? “I turn my challenges over to you, my unseen helpers and friends. I request your assistance.” And once you have done this, ask one simple question: “What do I need to know now that I am not seeing?” And having asked this most important question, listen. As the worn-out thoughts arise, notice them, and allow them to drift past, returning to listening and watching for an answer. You must relax into this for the answer to be perceived, trusting the process. You may receive an answer, or you may fall asleep, which may be the very best result until your answer arrives, which it will at the perfect time because you have asked.
You are so very loved.

I just loved this. I have had
nervous insomnia for years.
My “worn out thoughts” fire
up at bedtime.
What a wonderful message, so full of deep meaning for me. Thank you, dear Suzanne, for these amazing gifts.
A million hearts of gratitude and love
Oh Suzanne, this was SO timely! I have had anxiety issues at bedtime for some time…I have learned to manage relatively well, but there are nights that I have such insecure moments via “nightmares”…I HAVE learned how to stop and awaken during these dreams, but asking my angels to help me avoid…Love you!
Suzanne, thank you for being a great gift to us… loving you.
It is my honor!
