Bound by rules … each human differs in this respect, but think about the many restrictions you accept based upon your culture, your religion, your politics, and even your language. It is the way the human operates, but you are far more than human. Yes, rules are necessary when so many with divergent views and experiences interrelate, but you do not always walk in step. No, you flow from one group to another, from one situation to another, and as you do so, the rules change. Be alert for when you are paying more attention to the restrictions than the flow. You are human for a while, but you are essentially Spirit who has taken on this role for the experience of it. Never forget this when the boundaries which are accepted often without thinking begin to close in. Yes, play by the rules, but go within to find the peace while playing the game.

I’m a student of the Monroe Institute and Tom Campbell too. I’m a Sports Medicine Acupuncturist out here in Arizona.
Three things:
1. This past weekend a Personal Mediumship class absolutely broke something in me that needed to be broken. I feel so open, spacious and free that I went outside in my back yard and yelled, held my hands out and shouted for pure joy. Thank you for the bottom of my heart ♥️ ? ❤️
2. I’ve been searching for a community since my NDE and believe I have found one in your Circles group. Thank you again
3. I’ve bought 2 Tarot card decks on Monday (these were off limits and taboo for me due to upbringing) and I’m amazed at the cards my Guides are helping me pull. Today (only my 3rd day of the Tarot) and I pulled “The Magician.” I pulled the Queen of Pentacles on Monday and The Queen of Swords on Tuesday.
I feel like the heavy suit of armor, guilt and shame has been lifted off of me and I can take a full breath for the first time in over 60 years!!!
I just wanted you to know that you’re decision to follow your heart has allowed me to follow mine.

It really resonated with me on a deep level.
Thank you for your wise words.
Just today, I was joking with my brother saying..
” When people say to me think outside the box. I like to say .. what box? ”
So, I do have a boundless attitude most of the time.
But, quite often, other people may not share that view.
This morning I had a message from Psalm 55 (referenced through my daily devotional – the catholic “Magnificat” App) in response to my pleading to the Holy Spirit to lift my sadness. I knew it was a message for me. In addition, I had been feeling ambivalent about my interest and pursuit of your daily messages from Sonaya , thinking I was perhaps going down the wrong path (I am a catholic christian with a strong faith). Interestingly, Sonaya picked up on my dilemma and answered accordingly with today’s message. I am truly grateful and actually pretty amazed that my inner struggle was addressed so poignantly.
