You speak of flow in terms of a river. What if you were to shift that image to that of the breath? Does not the breath flow in cycles within one continuous cycle? And so do you. Birth to death and on again in new experiences of flow. Spirit is breath. Yes, water flows around obstacles, and as such it is an excellent analogy for non-resistance and finding softer ways of dealing with challenges. But breath, it whispers, and it blows, and everything in between. You are looking for God? Look no further than the breath. As you come to understand how near spirit has always been, you will breathe much easier.
You are so very loved.

Such an important message.
Also a reminder that the breath is a bridge between intention and the inner mind that performs the heavy lifting, merge the two together and witness your creations unfolding
Thank you
Hm.
How does flow work when one is in the midst of two or three personal crises of a kind that leaves the person feeling like he or she has swallowed shards of glass?
