If you cannot answer from the heart, you are well advised to wait until you can do so. Responses that come from the heart are much more likely to be heard, for all interactions, be they verbal or wordless, carry the energy of the sender. Those replies that do not come from the heart are often met with resistance. Do you want your message to be heard or rejected? Wait. Shift from “only human” to “we are all in this together, beautiful soul” and see what a difference this pause that refreshes makes.

Today I experienced several brief periods of anger about my deceased brother. When that happens, I do a “clearing” verse which I received from James Gilliland. He says we can be influenced by unseen negative beings that may have to be removed. Perhaps it is psychosomatic, but the anger goes away.
