Why does the skin erupt in bumps? Yes, at times it is in response to a fright, but even this was caused by a shift in energy. Thoughts may cause this shift, but thoughts are arisings of Consciousness. What an excellent way for your guides and loved ones in spirit to validate their presence! What an outstanding way for them to validate your own thoughts. Goosebumps, as you call them, are truth shivers. Welcome them as signs that you are part of something so much bigger than your limited human role. When life gets a bit bumpy, welcome the God-bumps and know that you are never alone and you are so very loved.

I often get God-Bumps and it’s always when I mention how gorgeous the Red Rocks of Sedona are it happens almost every time. I really feel that it is my mom reaching out to me or my father but it is the craziest thing ?

I get chills ever since my husband passed. It’s been almost 7 months. I get them all the time on and off all day long. Even when I’m really warm.
I call these goosebumps “Spirit Sparks,” to distinguish them from the goosebumps we get when we are cold.
