Accidents happen.  You do not have to read deep meaning into all of them.  The law of cause and effect is well at work in the earthly realm.  Move too quickly in a room with many obstacles, and you are likely to stub a toe.  Is there a deeper meaning behind this than that perhaps you need to move more cautiously, to slow down?  Perhaps, but also perhaps not.  Give meaning to events if you choose.  Human Life entails learning through trial and error, but not all is preordained.
