Could it be you think too much? Time spent analyzing can turn into time spent agonizing. Ah, yes, you know this state well. It can definitely be a kind of hell to fall under the logical mind’s spell. Know this: There is a part of you that does not need to cogitate. With this knowing, you may just ruminate, but in the end you illuminate what has always been present: Awareness. Awareness. Awareness of what is known and what can clearly be shown when you balance the brain with the heart — a very good place to start to find elusive peace.
You are so very loved.

Thank you
Most of my life I have been told I think too much. Today, reading this post, “analyzing” speaks loudly at this moment. I am grateful to know the awareness I am cultivating does leads to elusive peace. I feel it now because my brain IS balanced with my heart. I cant think my way into balance but I know I can feel my way there and arrival is peaceful indeed! Thankyou for this post❤️

But how does one balance the brain with the heart?
With awareness. Pause, breathe deeply and slowly, and in addition to thinking, note “how does it FEEL” with every choice! Blessings
It is so refreshing to read advice on thinking or thinking less that can be tested out immediate for its results. No waiting for that golden far-off day of “enlightenment”!
