“Isn’t that interesting!” Have you said this lately in response to something that in the past would have upset you? Well, then, you are finding peace. Where did you find the peace? In taking a neutral stance. In not giving meaning to an experience. In saying, “Isn’t that interesting,” the event was neither good nor bad. It simply happened, and now you can deal with it in a state of equanimity. Without the swinging emotions, life is not boring. There is more room for joy. Try it, and we dare say you will find the peace has always been right here right now. And isn’t that interesting?

This is the cornerstone in balancing our walk! I heard Suzanne/Sanaya propose this some time ago…if I can just remember it before the emotions drag me down the road!!! ?
Oh yes. I am more aware now. But there is always a but….
When you get ripped out of a deep sleep bc a neighbor has nearly every weekend a party infront of his house past midnight or until 2 -3 and he is ignorant despite making him aware of the time. That is upsetting. I feel my heart racing and it’s hard to keep calm.
But otherwise I am more aware of my thoughts and actions.
There was a movie back in time . Don Camillo and Peppone.
One was a Priest and the other the Major of the little town in Italy.
The priest got so upset about the politics and he always talked to the Lord. Like a conversation. But then you heard the soft voice of Jesus replying in a most loving way….. I wish we all could do that.
Hi Brigitte, Not a happy situation you find yourself in. Ask your Spirit Guides to talk to your neighbours’ Spirit Guides and tell them “No more parties!” Try burning Sage in your yard and around your house, and imagine it drifting over to the neighbours yard too, so that it clears away all harmful, anti-social and upsetting energies, visualise this working as best you can. Do it when there is no one around.

I was saying “Isn’t that interesting” all the time a couple of weeks ago, and then I just clean forgot about it, so thank you for the timely reminder Suzanne………………… This and “Everything is in PERFECT order always” are great wee sayings to neutralise many “challenging” situations.
