You can still go about your daily life yet remain aware of life in other realms. You are a multi-dimensional being, capable of attuning to multiple realms at once. “Consciousness flows where attention goes” is a valid statement. Practice flowing and see with new eyes.

I was struck by the picture in today’s message. I had just opened my son’s eye glasses (sent to me from his friends after his death in June.) They were kind of dirty and hard to see through and I was a little touched by the fact that his DNA, his tears, dirt, were on these glasses. I know that is not him. We had not seen him for about 6 months but had spoken with him.
So when I opened the email and saw the glasses I was like “Wow! dirty glasses like Rick’s!” I don’t know if it meant anything but it struck me as nice and I don’t know, that I was seen perhaps?
Anyway, Thanks for the e-mail and your meditations. I have just very recently found you through Helping parents heal and a recommendation to watch the Messages of Hope documentary. I am also signed up for a class. Your message has been helpful with my grief.
