It is when you resist Life that you suffer. Yes, happiness feels good, but Life is also sadness. Yes, pleasure is preferred by most, but pain is inherent in being. All is temporary, which is why we so often speak of flow. It is when you try to control the Flow instead of trusting its onward direction that you find yourself in bondage. A lack of following the innate guidance within—in other words—trusting a Power greater than the human mind, has led to conditions that are out of balance, not only within yourself, but within all of humanity. Set the intention to return to trust and to find the inner Guide. One at a time you will free up the “damn” of your own making. You are so very loved. It can be no other way, for the very Flow that carries you is Love.

I recently became aware of just another one of my many”control “areas. It was being “waged” from several directions! Trying to stop the ageing process to giving up all together . Then a beautiful Being came into my awareness. She is “no age and much age” but is very awake , alive and aware ! She is in The Flow .
My Guides brought her into my life to see my solutions to some of my issues in ageing. Trying to manage this from my ego has proved frustrating, to say the least ! Giving up has proved not to be “Letting Go” , either.
She simply showed me to “fire ” my ego and Get into The Flow . Stop trying so hard….and for Godness sake don’t bury my head in the sand….ie. Giving up !
It does involve surrendering . The rendering over of ingrained beliefs and dogmas of an externally based program. A “shifting of mind-set.
I’m ready…..come on down Guides……Let’s FLOW ! SO MUCH EASIER…?
Kathleen again. …..May I add that the ” synchronicity ” of this Freeing write, and meeting “my 101 Muse” on the same day feels miter like ” Flowing ” than trying.
