Just because your eye is drawn to something, you do not need to act upon it. A robot acts in robotic ways, and you are not that. Programming, however, affects the human aspect of you, overshadowing your awareness of Presence. You have set the intention to be present, and suddenly you see something that catches your attention. It is an ordinary thing like an email in an inbox. Notice how you react. This is the true meaning of presence: to be aware. By not acting on the mundane, you will notice the freshness of Presence that arises moment by moment. Be aware! Beneath the mundane is a world of wonder.
You are so very loved.

“Neat.” The weird thing, though, is that the term “to set an intention” is reminiscent of programming language, e.g., “to set a variable.” (I think I have that right.) Is it, maybe, mindful programming—to set an intention?
Just musing here.
Thank you Suzanne, your presence has been very helpful to me in my recent foray and frankly, immersion into the realm of the non-physical… Just spent some time with you on the shift at work. Nice to see you! Sending my appreciation and love, Kathryn
Thank you, Kathryn!
The practicalities of the “Daily Way ” never ceases to amaze me. It has deeper meanings for me from both SPIRITUAL and MATERIAL LEVELS . This is simply allowing joy and courage to fill my being and letting compassion ❤ and understanding ❤ to flow. Thank you Suzanne and your staff, not forgetting the HELPERS in the wider dimensions.
I’m attending the Shift’s video conference this week and loved your session. I wish I had known earlier about you being in Savannah this month — I live in Greenville, SC. Until then, I’ll start by connecting here and looking into your books. ?
Welcome! I’ll soon be announcing a class in Charleston in January!
