Each day is a fresh start. As you open your eyes, think not back upon what has gone before, but rejoice in yet another opportunity to create anew. If you find yourself filled with worry, then you are holding onto false illusions of yourself and the situations around you. Surrender! You, as a limited self (as the ego would have you believe you are), are not in charge. As you open your eyes each day, give thanks that your eyes have been opened, and give this day to your Highest Self.
There is a power with infinite intelligence and infinite love which has chosen you to express Itself. Use this power to create a beautiful day for yourself.

A fresh start each and every day, what a gift! This TRUTH is echoed from the Lord's Prayer as it reminds us: give us this day our daily bread!
And know that you should not look at the "false illusions of yourself & the situations around you" as Sanaya says, as we should not look at appearances! This is even being "discovered" by science. There is a book by two Ph.D.'s from the Barrows Neurological Institute in Phoenix, AZ. titled: SLEIGHTS OF MIND that states: "From the confusing and fragmentary inputs gathered by our senses, our brains create our seemingly fluid conscious perceptions & a sensible narrative of the world around us…It is a fact of neuroscience that everything we experience is a figment of our imagination. Although our sensations feel accurate & truthful, they do not necessarily reproduce the physical reality of the outside world." So, know that you should not be fooled by your "outside" perceptions, and let your real eyes (your Mind's Eye) guide you, as Sanaya says, to your Highest Self!
