There are times when you cannot do everything by yourself. What a blessing are these times! To think you are independent is as close to a curse as the human can experience. You are here for relationships … to enjoy interaction, camaraderie, and the joy that results from these. If you must impose, as you see certain requests you must make, then do so with a grateful heart. It is a pleasure to help others. Receive in this awareness as you allow the other to find joy in giving. Do not hesitate to ask and be ready to return the favor. Give and take — part of the joy of duality.
You are so very loved.

“To think you are independent is as close to a curse as the human can experience.” WOW!
That has great emphasis.
I went back several times to read it again.
Initially my mind went to the fellow humans whom we can call on for help.
Then there are also our team of Guides and helpers across the veil who are ready to help also.
How many times have we been reminded from across the veil with the question “what are we here for?”
Our fellow humans And our unseen helpers and guides both experience the joy of giving. And we experience the humility in asking.
Thank you SANAYA
Thank you Suzanne
This is so pertinent to me, today. I’m going through something stressful at the moment, it’s a long haul, and as much as I try to say and feel, ‘Isn’t that interesting?’ I still have some anxiety. I’ve been praying and meditating, and the other day, I thought of all my friends and loved ones in spirit. I spoke to them and asked them for their love and support at this time.
Yesterday, when I sat down to do some work, I glanced out the window where I watched a gently falling flurry of fluffy white feathers coming down. One part of me said there must be a perfectly logical reason for this, while the other part of me saluted my loved ones in spirit. Even though it’s been windy, those feathers were still there today. So I picked them up (21 in total) and photographed them, before putting them in the bird box to be used for nesting.
This message came just at the right time! It has always been hard for me to ask for help, I guess fear of rejection is the reason. Well, I purchased a lawn mower six months ago and it was still in its carton. I needed help in putting it together…. after I read this message, I called a friend for help and he came this afternoon….. no big deal. Thank you Suzanne and Sanaya :-)
As always, so pertinent and so timely !
I love the idea of ASKING not just our human friends but also our friends in Spirit for help .
I had to stop and consider how often I want to help another and how God it feels to do so . ….now that’s very interesting.
I thought I had written “good” and when I looked up at my writing, I was quite surprised. I don’t think it was a mis-take so I’m leaving it in there !
