Ease into life. Are you efforting? It need not be so hard. There is a grand difference between trying and flowing. Flowing does not mean you do not take action. Yes, there is “work” to do to experience life, but when you allow your team of unseen helpers to assist you, there is an effortless effort to all of your tasks. Tune in to the heart. “What shall I do next” is a most excellent question. You may not hear an answer, but you will know what to do. Ease into it. Take the next step and the next … guided and gliding.
You are so very loved.
Always so perfect. Thank you!
Again exactly what I needed to hear. Thanks ? Suzanne and spirit ?. Now if I could still myself to connect with my family. I believe they are with me but I want to feel them. Thanks again!!
How appropriate your quote of the day! I feel like it is address to me as it is to many people. I just finish a year of pleasant study with a writing group at UNI 3rd age and have had lots of pleasure with it, mostly the camaraderie that I yarn to find for many years. The last month however was most strange as at the end of the course an overwhelming feeling use to take me. I use to get back home and had to rest as my body was vibrating all over and my mind took me almost into another dimension. I was not in pain physically, just confuse and light headed. The feeling increasing after each session (which were weekly), so I decided to skip the last two sessions which coincided with a lot of back pain. Was it an excuse? A message saying keep still? My colleague did not quite understand but were sweetly accepting, hoping my return to the course next year. my big question at this time is; Should I return? I seem to have lost a bit of my enthusiasm which I regret. What is the next step for me? should I just wait and see? May be the future will divulge some mystery for me.
I keep corresponding with the beautiful group of writers and feel like I serve the purpose of boosting moral of others while introducing slightly and discretely a spiritual message to them which seem to be well accepted.
Thank you dear Suzanne for your wisdom and advices. We’re bless to have you here.
With love
Arlette
PS: Should you find the time, I would be please to have your advice once again.
I am drawn to your daily messages as they resonate through me and calm me deeply. Thank you Suzanne and thank you for sharing the beautiful and soulful messages you receive as they serve to guide me and glide me to the next steps.
With love and light,
Joy
Thanks for reminding me that I can get into the flow of the Universe if I will just pause and listen. I needed this guidance today as my plate is so full , I feel short of time to get much done . I plan to slow down, breathe and listen !! Heart hug, Kitty
I am astonished to see the phrase “effortless effort” here. It is a description of how we wish to live, from Taoist philosophy. I am a licensed practitioner acupuncture and herbal medicine in NYC, whose training in classical rather than Communist-era Chinese medicine came from the Taoist priest Dr. Jeffrey C. Yuen. I am so happy to find that this understanding of going with the flow is confirmed by Suzanne and Sanaya! All One Love.
