What do you do when someone throws what you consider undeserved barbs at you, says what you perceive as unfairly hurtful things, and you feel the pain? What you do is you feel that pain and you repeat silently and continuously, “I am so loved I am so loved I am so loved” until the initial barrage of pain felt in the body flows through you and out. Your loving words to the self flush out the pain. They do not block, reject, or deny it, but they remind you that no matter what human dramas you are experiencing, the love of Spirit is always there. And as the pain dissolves, you realize that the other’s words are a result of their own pain, and so you send that wounded one love as well, for all are on the path to healing, no matter how that reveals itself, and your love makes all the difference.
You are so loved.
This spoke directly me today, love to all who may be feeling the same.
