There is nothing wrong with sharing your joy at your accomplishments. Why do you do things? That is the question. For the attention from others? Yes, that feels good, but it is short-lived. Others have their own lives. Share your good news for the mutual enjoyment of celebration. You are already loved from within. If the desire to share comes from a perceived need, then this is an opportunity to examine what you feel is lacking. When you know that you lack nothing, for you are already Love in Expression, then spread the joy around. Everyone loves a bit of good news.

This Christmas season has been challenging. I love my solitude, but am a social creature. I love cooking for others, especially at this time of year. I love sharing at this time of year. This year, as a single man, retired and in an “at risk” category, have spent my 1st Christmas totally alone. Yes there were texts and phone calls. But I feel so isolated. Dark days.
The teacher appears when the student is ready… wow, how many of us have heard this? Little do we realize that our soul is the teacher and it sets us up to receive through other teachers… so we will remember. Suzanne, I loved watching how I found you. How you appeared right exactly when I needed to be reminded/encouraged. About to launch a long-time project/cd called Spirit Playing Human, Feeling a bit lost in the how and when. I literally wrote the title song 23 years ago while my daughter was in the womb. My then new husband went from strong Christian to strong atheist over-night. Suddenly, the spiritual chickie in the middle, (pregnant me) not subscribing to dogma or no God…, was wrong in his eyes.. And our little girl on her way, to him, was now just science, sperm and egg. We went through a lot and finally went our own ways…. Spirit Playing Human was the result of me reaching deep inside of my knowing, not letting this newly soap-boxed atheist take that away. I have been believing this since I was little girl wandering the woods on the farm that I now farm!
You, Suzanne bringing forth this information with such grace and respect, gives me such courage to put out this new project. Ironically I had just finished recording a song called: It’s All “About Love – when I came across your wonderous messages of HOPE! To welcome our own creativity and not apologize for it, and even announce it happily is so wonderful to read from you and Sanaiya.,
I have been a caregiver to my crippled mama for over 2 years since my dad’s crossed with Alzhiemers… He speaks to me often. I know he was pretty worried after he crossed because I wanted to join him. But I stayed. Now, I am REALLY LISTENING, More so, thanks to you!
So thank you, thank you, thank you! When I saw this entry with the sunflowers it was the one for me to read. I grow thousands every year. 2 1/2 years ago, June 3rd, walking through one field of probably 10,000 young flowers, I touched the tops of a few. When I did I saw them all opening and heard: WE WILL OPEN WHEN YOUR DAD CROSSES. It shocked me and naturally I felt sad because dad was still home. 2 months from that day,, dad crossed, I walked my farm and discovered at least 5000 open!
You are an example of truly listening to your call and answering! Again, thank you for being such a bright light and reminding us that we are as well and to shine!

Dearest Michael, I just found an encouraging Susan Gieseman “Sanaya” speak. It made me reflect on what you expressed here and the darkness you are thinking about.
I am so not technically gifted. I tried to find the video I came across. It was on YouTube. There are two hands one upward facing while the other is facing downward sheltering “life” within. It felt to me it may be “just got you”. However , I didn’t locate it.
Perhaps Suzanne will see this and send it to you.
You may have forgotten that You are The Light ! Perhaps your “battery” just needs a bit of a boost. The darkness is dissolved in the Light !
Sanaya consistently extends the Light and reminds us “We are so loved ” …that includes you.
Seeing/ hearing these words has helped me a lot. So ,my dear Michael David Kemp, I offer you a “Light and Love Charger”. …..plug in and open to your Heart Light. Blessed Be !

I have very recently put a meditation practice into my life.
It occurred to me to mention it to you. It has some physiological info interesting but nothing overwhelming. The voice of the commentator is very soothing. It isn’t woo-woo wAy out there. Some simple techniques explained and then followed with a short practice.
