Life flows in cycles. Within these are ups and downs, yet because evolution is part of the process, there is an ever onward, ever upward component to experience. Think in terms of a spiral. Instead of round and round, it is round and up you go, and yet, there will be periods of stagnation … plateaus, as you would call them. Do not worry. Be not dismayed. Nature is in constant motion. Go with the flow, even if it does not feel as if you are getting anywhere. You will break out of the eddies eventually without efforting. May your only effort during periods of stagnation be to maintain trust and to simply be.

I love Spirals and how you explained, it’s not round and round, but round and up you go! Yes, I am in one of those plateaus, however I know All is Well. And this too shall pass. It’s like the Sea how it ebbs and flows, I remain Grateful!

The strangest thing just happened to me prior to reading this post. There was another post supposedly from you about Independence Day, being today, that had a picture of fireworks and a message. It was something I needed to read over and over and I wanted to save it. I got interrupted and came back to the computer to read it again, and there is absolutely no record of it.
