There is no end to the lessons those in spirit will teach you if you are willing to be the perpetual student. Are you not satisfied with your abilities? Keep showing up for class. Ask daily to be shown what else you have to learn. The teaching may come sporadically. After all, you need time to put into practice what you receive. Be patient. Show up and be present, and may the learning continue.

Dear Sanaya and Suzanne, I was really struck by this picture and message today. For the past several weeks I have been accompanying high schoolers preparing for a vocal contest. Filled with self doubt as to my own abilities, I was determined to be of benefit and have my sole purpose be to support these young musicians. Daily, I have been provided with gems of wisdom from Sanaya’s messages. I have really appreciated the support. Well, today was the contest, held in classrooms at a high school that looked just like this picture! Often throughout the day I asked my spirit guides to support me and the students in our performances. Just recently Sanaya reminded us that our spirit guides are waiting to be asked. I asked. They answered, over and over. I experienced NO performance anxiety and every single performance was easeful and successful. It has been an amazing learning process. I think I’m finally discovering the HEART of the matter and it’s beautiful. Thank you. Sending love and gratitude.
