Only when you drop your defenses and get out of the way, can Higher Consciousness begin to play. You are the vessel through which higher levels carry out creative activity. Will you allow your vessel, which includes the mind, to cooperate or do it your way? You are part of a team, a web, a cooperative unfolding of creation. Stuckness halts the play. Flow, dance, listen, co-create. Follow the cues and reap the good news: You are not in this alone. There is not only “you,” but a vast interplay of Love-Light-Consciousness that knows every hair on your body and every thought in Awareness.

Thank you! This is exactly what I needed today. I’ve been very stuck in an old emotional rut since something this morning triggered feelings of envy and unworthiness. About 4 months ago I heard a loved one say my name, and then found out he had recently passed, I have been trying to connect with Spirit to reach this person and also for guidance. I am having trouble surrendering and letting my barriers down. This message really spoke to me, I will continue to try to “ drop my defenses. Thank you Suzanne and Sanaya.
I find dropping my defenses difficult because most of the time I don’t know that I have them up. I’d really appreciate some advice on that.
Easy! Ask your guides to help you notice. Set the intention to be aware of your thoughts. Those thoughts that you have to explain yourself or defend your words or actions are defensiveness. If you are confident in what you know and do, there is no need ever to explain or defend. If you feel a very strong need to do so, you are in human mode and there’s a lesson there for you. Smile at your human nature and ask your guides to help you see from the soul’s perspective.
