“Get out of the head and into the heart.” Yes, this is the key to restoring balance and finding freedom, but it is far more than simply feeling and sending love. Getting into the heart means allowing yourself to feel and be with all emotions, whether you deem them pleasant or unpleasant. It is the very lack of willingness to feel and acknowledge as valuable any or all unpleasant feelings that have led to the current crisis in humanity. Instead, many turn to drugs or seek power as an antidote. Rather than feel and value what has been perceived, you numb it or try to manipulate others, and all in the unconscious search for feeling loved. Yes, that is the bottom line. You all seek love, and when you do not feel loved, you find alternate ways to get it. Get into the heart and value your feelings. Assure yourself that you are loved no matter what you feel, for you arise as the expression of pure, unconditional Love. This is the key to freedom. Peace and tranquility flow like water in this awareness. You are so very loved.
How do i receive the “daily way“ via email each day please?
Andrea
Hi Andrea, There is a form to request The Daily Way email on my website. I will add your name and email. I’m grateful that the daily messages speak to you. Love, Suzanne
Dear Suzanne, I’ve recently found you & would love to be on your list to eventually get on your list when that opens up. Hopefully that makes sense to you. Until then, With love, Tiffany
I know the drugs Sanaya is talking about are probably from the illeagel family but sometimes prescription drugs are necessary when dealing with anxiety or sensations that are difficult to be with and acknowledge, are they not? I get the fact that bringing awareness to the areas of the body that encases these feelings actually lessens the discomfort but sometimes it just gets so unbearable that outside help in the form of a prescribed drug is needed. Does that make me flawed that I am unable to get by without this western medical method?
John, Have you tried sitting in silence daily and being aware of
your breath and body? Bless your heart. Lots of Love for you. ❤️
Yes Stacey. I meditate daily. It’s just been a battle. Thank you for your suggestion. Lots of love back..
